About the Journal

Scientific works «Adilet» is an open-access, peer-reviewed legal journal published since 1996.

The main mission of the publication is the systematic development of Kazakhstani legal science, including issues of the theory and practice of rulemaking, as well as the protection of the national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The publication is aimed at distribution in Kazakhstan, the CIS countries, and beyond. Special attention is paid to high citation rates and the publication of works in English.
