Legal features of the obligations of spouses

Abstract

The author in the article considers general and personal obligations of spouses, determines the peculiarities of the legal regime of jointly acquired and personal property of spouses, investigates the mechanism of fulfillment of obligations of spouses, reveals the sequence and priority of fulfillment of obligations of spouses taking into account the share in joint property, and also makes a conclusion about imperfection of Kazakhstan family legislation.
