Financial and legal aspects of participation of municipalities of the Russian Federation in the implementation of national projects

Abstract

Using a system analysis and a comparative legal method the author considers participation of municipalities in the implementation of project activities, including their role in the implementation of national projects in the Russian Federation. The paper provides examples of strategic investment projects implemented by the municipalities of the Moscow region, identifies current problems.
