Universities that train highly qualified lawyers should pay sufficient attention to various forms and methods of training future lawyers. At Caspian University, future lawyers gain deep theoretical knowledge. However, the provision of high-quality educational services at Caspian University is carried out not only by attracting leading scientists and practitioners in various fields of law to conduct classes or by organizing internships for students in well-known international or Kazakhstan companies, law enforcement agencies, courts, etc., but also by instilling in students the skills of future practical work through such an institutional departments such as the Law Clinic named after an outstanding Scientist – The founder of the Kazakh civilistic school, Yuri Basin. At Caspian University, one of the conditions for a student to become a full-fledged lawyer is to work in a legal clinic. The Y.G.
