Using the mechanism of assignment of a claim for security purposes under the legislation of the Czech Republic

Abstract

The article provides the concept of assignment as an assignment of a claim. The author examines cases of application of assignment, noting that this is associated with ensuring the fulfillment of the creditor's obligation. Such methods of ensuring the fulfillment of an obligation in the Czech legislation include the security transfer of the right, as well as an agreement on payments from wages and other income. The author notes that these methods of ensuring the fulfillment of an obligation are unfamiliar to the legislation of Kazakhstan.
