Legal nature of the institution of guardianship and trusteeship

Abstract

 In the article, the author considers guardianship and custody as a complex institute of civil, family and administrative law. The features of the concepts of "guardianship" and "custody" are disclosed, the necessity of introduction of "preliminary guardianship and custody" into the Kazakhstani matrimonial and family legislation is noted.
