On the Place of Law in the Worldview, Legal Consciousness and Legal Mentality of Modern Man and Society

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the role of law in the formation of the worldview, legal consciousness and legal mentality of modern man and society. The author analyzes how law influences personal attitudes and social norms, and also considers its interaction with cultural and social factors. Attention is drawn to the dominant worldview in different eras. Particular attention is paid to changes in legal consciousness in the context of globalization and technological transformations. The article examines new modern approaches to the study of legal consciousness, key elements of legal mentality, as well as the importance of mentality and legal consciousness as a tool for regulating social relations.
