Inheritance of rights of participation in legal entities: some issues of theory and practice

Abstract

The article examines theoretical and practical aspects of inheritance of rights of participation in legal entities. The author analyzes the fundamental aspects of the creation and functioning of legal entities in Kazakhstan. The features of this process of inheritance of rights of participation in legal entities in the context of current legislation are considered. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of judicial practice.
