Administrative proceedings of the Republic of Uzbekistan: current state and development prospects

Abstract

The article discusses the formation, current state and development of administrative proceedings, the system of training candidates for the positions of judges, retraining, advanced training of judges and court staff in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is noted that advanced training of judges and court staff is aimed at conveying the essence and significance of innovations in legislation, improving professional skills and abilities, including on issues of interpretation and application of legal norms.
