This article explores the legal characteristics of corporate relations through a comparative analysis with relationships arising from contracts and obligations resulting from tortious conduct. By examining the distinctive features of these legal constructs, the study aims to determine whether corporate relations constitute an autonomous category within civil law or should be subsumed under existing legal institutions such as the law of obligations or property law. The author substantiates the argument that corporate relations represent a distinct and independent type of civil law relationship, which does not fall within the scope of either contractual (including consensual obligations) or proprietary legal frameworks.
