Information for Authors
The scientific journal "Scientific Works 'Adilet'"is a peer-reviewed, open-access legal academic journal published by the Adilet Higher School of Law of Caspian Public University.
Authors are advised to familiarize themselves in advance with the "About the Journal" section and Author Guidelines. Prior registration in the electronic submission system is mandatory. Registered users are granted access to the submission procedure, which consists of five consecutive stages.
Publication Fees
Base Rates
- 10 - 15k chars* 7.5 MCI
- 15 - 20k chars* 10 MCI
- 20 - 25k chars* 12.5 MCI
- 25 - 30k chars* 15 MCI
- * Character count excludes spaces.
Exceeding the limit incurs an additional charge of 1 MCI per 1,000 characters.

Additional Editorial Services
Payment Procedure
Payment is made only at the final stage of the publication process, after the successful completion of all peer review stages. Payments can be made using the University’s bank details through any second-tier bank or a mobile banking app.
⚠️ Translation Requirements
The Editorial Board emphasizes the high-quality preparation of the English-language version. Direct literal (machine) translation is not acceptable. Authors are strongly encouraged to adhere strictly to international academic standards.
